For out of network insurance benefits, we will submit services to the insurance on the patient’s behalf; however, some insurances will assign benefits to the patient only, in which case, the patient would pay the office in full and will be reimbursed by the insurance company directly.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist you. To be better prepared, it is a good idea to call us before your first visit. Also, always bring your updated insurance information to each appointment.

Keep in mind; we provide the highest quality care at a fair cost to our patients. That is why we expect payment on the day you receive service unless you have made arrangements in advance.

As of January 1, 2022, the practice will no longer be in network with Mass Health insurance for patients aged 21+ .
